How to operate Nuemedics Flex 
1. Make sure the device is off.
2. Put both of the pads on you / Please try with a new set of electrodes pads
3. Make sure all connections are in and there are no misconnections.
4. Turn on the device and pick a mode.
5. Slowly increase the intensity.
Note: if you're putting the pads on while the device is on, the intensity button will not work. This is a safety feature the device has.
